Harbour keeps the community together: a monthly online session, the same honesty, and a rhythm that stops the systems you built from quietly going stale. Because it's online, it's also where the Collective stops being city-by-city. A First Light attendee in Sheffield, a Compass graduate in Leeds, and a founder waiting for her city's first cohort all end up in the same room every month.
The tools change every quarter. The habits slip when nobody's watching. And the room itself, women who know your business and tell you the truth, is the thing you can't buy anywhere else once a programme ends.

Who is Harbour for?
Women founders who have been in the room, at a First Light workshop, through the Compass sprint, or both. Harbour is the ongoing membership that keeps the community together after a programme ends: one online session a month with founders across the North who run real businesses.
Do I have to have done Compass to join Harbour?
No. One First Light half-day is enough. Compass graduates are welcome too. If you haven't done either yet, start with First Light, a £29 half-day, and Harbour is here when you're ready.
What happens in a monthly Harbour session?
One online session a month in the format members already know: a short opening, a working block on one practical theme, and a round-the-table. Each session, one member takes the hot seat and the whole room works on her real problem. The private community stays open in between.
