Foundations is a fixed-fee engagement: two to three weeks end-to-end, with a written audit, a costed 30-day plan, and two debrief calls. If the audit tells you nothing you didn't already know, you don't pay for the roadmap. And if you carry on into Fractional Director, your Foundations fee comes off your first month.
