AI training your team puts to work on Monday
With Said Lopez of Leverage AI · Half or full day
Hands-on AI sessions for teams and founders, planned around where your people are starting from.
- Workshop at NatWest Accelerator, Leeds
- Speaker at Leeds Digital Festival 2026
Two ways to book us
Your organisation
For digital marketing agencies, businesses and education organisations who want their people using AI well, together, in one room.
- A half day or a full day, at your office or online
- Beginners and confident users in the same session
- Worked examples taken from your team's own tasks
- A plan agreed with you before the day
Just you, or a small group
A 1:1 or small-group session built around your own business. You bring the work you want AI to help with, and we work through it with you.
- Your business, your tasks, your questions
- A half day or a full day, in person or online
Running a business as a woman in the North? The Northern AI Collective is my free community for women founders working out where AI helps. You can start there.
Something they can use the next morning
Every session ends with people holding work they did themselves, on their own tasks, so nothing has to be translated back into their job afterwards.
- A clear picture of where AI fits in their own role, and where it doesn't
- Prompts and set-ups built on their own tasks during the session, ready to reuse the next day
- One task each person has moved over to AI, and a plan to try it that week
- Answers to the questions people don't like asking in a team meeting
- If governance is on your list, a first draft of your team's AI-use policy
Start where your team is today
The topics sit in three stages, from teams opening ChatGPT for the first time to teams using AI every day. Most sessions take one or two topics from a stage, and we plan every session for the people in it, so pick what's closest and we'll work out the rest with you.
Just starting
For teams new to AI, or using it without any shared rules yet.
-
Getting started with AI
What the tools are, what they're good at, and one task each person moves over by the end of the day.
-
AI governance & policy
What your staff can put into AI tools and what stays out. We help you write a policy people will follow.
Using AI in daily work
For teams who've tried it and want it inside the work they do every week.
-
AI for marketing & content
Content, campaigns and brand voice. How to set AI up so the output sounds like your business and not like everyone else's feed.
-
AI for research & customer insight
Reading reviews, surveys and competitor pages with AI, and turning what you find into decisions your team can act on.
-
AI for operations & admin
Email, reporting, scheduling, handovers. The repetitive work that eats the week, and which parts of it AI can take off your team.
Ready to go further
For leaders deciding where AI fits, and teams already using it every day.
-
AI strategy for leadership
For owners and directors deciding where AI fits in the business, what to try first, and what to stop paying for.
-
AI agents & automation
Workflows that run without someone pressing a button every time. What agents can do today, and where they still need a person.
-
Building a digital brain
One organised place for your documents, processes and know-how, so AI works from what your business knows.

From first email to the day itself
-
Email us
Tell us who'll be in the room, how many people, and where they're starting from with AI. A few lines is enough.
-
We plan it with you
We come back with a few questions, then a session plan and a quote. Half day or full day, at your place or online, with the topics your team needs.
-
We run it together
Said and I teach in the same room. Everyone works on their own tasks, and nobody leaves without one thing to try that same week.
A half day, as an example
The topics change with every team. The shape of the day stays the same, and the times move to suit yours.
- 10:00Arrivals and set-up. Laptops open, and everyone's AI account working before we start.
- 10:15The topic, with live examples on screen. Short, and no long slide deck.
- 11:00Working block. Everyone applies it to their own tasks while Said and I go round the room.
- 12:15Break.
- 12:30Second working block. The harder cases, and the technical questions that came up in the first one.
- 13:30Round the table. Each person names the one thing they'll try this week.
- 14:00Close.
A full day follows the same shape, with a second topic after lunch.
Tell us who'll be in the room.
We'll plan the session around them.
What founders said after First Light
I liked that we actually put it into practice. You think you know everything about AI. Actually you don't. And it mattered that it came from a woman. It's explained a different way than a technical man would.
Hana · Born of NecessityIn-person workshop, Leeds
I didn't know what to expect. The combination of your knowledge and the discussion was really interesting, and the other women were already using AI, so nobody was starting from zero.
Ana · Confusion to Clarity CoachingIn-person workshop, Leeds
Two of us, one room
Said is my husband and my business partner. I lead the marketing side, he leads the technical side, and on training days we teach together, so the questions about content and the questions about systems both get answered on the day. We're based in Leeds and teach across the North of England.
Jitka Lopez
Marketiva · Marketing & content15+ years in marketing across agencies and in-house teams, and senior partner to Unilever, SharkNinja and Lamb Weston. I run Marketiva and host the Northern AI Collective, a community for women founders in the North.
I spend my days working out where AI saves time in marketing and where it's just expensive noise.
Said Lopez
Leverage AI · Technical & automationSaid worked as a head of AI and now runs Leverage AI (opens in a new tab), working with businesses on AI strategy, workflow automation and technical implementation.
In the room, he takes the questions about agents, automation and how the systems fit together.
If your team wants help putting it in place after the session, there are two ways to carry on. I can come in as your Fractional Marketing Director, or Said and Leverage AI can build the systems you talked about in the room.
Before you email us
How much does a session cost?
Every session is quoted for its brief: how long it runs, how many people, whether it's in person, and how much preparation it needs. Email us the details and the quote comes back with the session plan.
Our team is at very different levels with AI. Does that work?
Yes, mixed rooms are normal. We ask where people are starting from before we plan anything, so the beginners get going and the confident ones get pushed further in the same session.
Does anyone need to be technical?
No. If your team can use email and a web browser, that's enough. Said covers the technical side, so nobody else has to.
Which AI tools do you use, and what happens to our data?
We work in the tools your team already has, or in free ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini accounts if you don't have any yet. We don't need access to your systems or your files to run a session, because everyone works in their own account on their own tasks. We also cover what's safe to paste into an AI tool, what isn't, and which settings to switch on before you start.
Do you run AI training in Leeds and across the North of England?
Yes. We're based in Leeds and run in-person AI workshops at your office or a venue you choose, across Leeds, West Yorkshire and the wider North of England, including Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate, York, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle. For teams elsewhere in the UK, or spread across several sites, we run the same sessions online.
Can I book a session just for myself?
Yes. A 1:1 or small-group session works the same way, planned around your own business. Email us with what you want to leave with.
Is this only for women?
No. The Northern AI Collective is a community for women founders, but team training and 1:1 sessions are open to anyone.
What happens after the session?
That's up to you. The session stands on its own. If your team wants help putting it in place, I can come in as your Fractional Marketing Director, or Said and Leverage AI (opens in a new tab) can build the systems you talked about in the room.
Tell us who'll be in the room
How many people, where they're starting from with AI, and whether you want us in person or online. We'll reply with a session plan and a quote.
