The standard price is £899, and in-person cohorts follow in Leeds and other northern cities from 2027.

What is Compass, exactly?

Compass is a modular AI programme for women founders in the North of England. Instead of one long course covering everything shallowly, each module is four focused Thursdays on a single part of running your business. The first module, Content & Visibility, is live now. Who is Compass for?

Female founders, sole traders, and women business owners based in the North of England: Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, York and the towns around them. You don't need a tech background. Compass is built for founders who want more hands-on support than a course and more structure than working it out alone, without needing something pitched at a seasoned marketer or a total beginner at the same time.

What Compass module is available right now?

Content & Visibility, the first module, opens for its founding cohort on Thursday 24 September. Four weekly half-days build your brand file, a month of content, a landing page and a content calendar, followed by a results session a month later. £599 founding price.

What other Compass modules are coming?

Operations & Admin, Customer Insight & Research, and Strategy & Decision-Making are all in development, built the same way as Content & Visibility: four Thursdays, one part of your business, done properly. Join the waitlist to hear when each one opens.

Do I have to do every Compass module?

No. Each module stands alone. Start with whichever one solves the problem you actually have right now, and add another when you're ready, rather than committing to a whole curriculum up front.

How much does a Compass module cost?

Where do Compass sessions take place?

How many people are in each Compass cohort?

A maximum of 12 women per cohort. I keep it small on purpose, so every session has time and space for your specific business.

How is Compass different from a one-day AI workshop, or an online course?

A workshop gives you ideas, and a self-paced course gives you knowledge and leaves the work to you. Compass modules are live working sessions: you build your own brand file, your own content, your own page, on your own business, with someone watching, then a month later everyone comes back to see what stuck.
